  • Account / client records: Information tied to signed engagements, including the files and credentials you provide so we can build and maintain your automations.

  • Server logs: IP address, user agent, and request timestamps recorded by our hosting provider for security and diagnostics.

3. How We Use Information

  • Respond to inquiries and deliver the services you request.
  • Send transactional email you asked for, including template downloads and scheduling confirmations.
  • Measure website performance and improve content and user experience.
  • Run advertising and retargeting campaigns through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Protect against fraud and abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Processors

We use a small number of reputable vendors to run the site and communicate with you. Each processes data only on our behalf and under its own published privacy terms.

  • Vercel — web hosting, server logs, and deployment.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (template sends, form notifications).
  • n8n Cloud — workflow automation that receives contact-form submissions and AI analysis requests.
  • Google Analytics — site traffic measurement.
  • Meta Pixel — conversion tracking and ad retargeting.
  • Cal.com — scheduling discovery calls.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and measure performance. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel set cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to serve relevant advertising. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on, manage Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences, and control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions and analysis requests are retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up on inquiries. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for up to seven years afterward to meet tax and audit requirements. Analytics data follows the default retention of the underlying platform. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
